Overview
The principal of JCM Management Company, Inc. is John C. Madden. Mr. Madden is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is also President and Owner of JCM Development Co., LLC, (formerly Roy & Madden, Inc.) a real estate development company. As President of JCM Development Co., LLC, Mr. Madden has been personally responsible as Developer, General Partner and General Contractor for a number of properties to include commercial, industrial, and residential real estate.
The Vice President of JCM Management Company, Inc. is Clement T. Madden. Mr. Madden joined JCM Management in 2005 and greatly enjoys leading the effective and dedicated team at JCM. Mr. Madden graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Biology.
Our management team has been working together for over thirty-five years and shares a vision of how to work together to accomplish common goals. All aspects - from leasing, maintenance, office administration, service coordination, bookkeeping, landscaping, to property management- are intertwined and important in making sure a property is well run.

JCM Management Company, Inc. was established in 1982. Since that time JCM Management's portfolio has included more than a dozen commercial and multi-family properties. Current properties include Dearborn House, Edward J. Roy Apartments, Eastgate Apartments, Park Avenue Apartments and Osprey Landing.
